Few things . The Dentist was at the clinic they went to so they've been watching Gemma for a while. . each room she enters is a file that one of the four from MDR worked on. You can see Tumwater which was the file Dylan finished in S1 Ep1 . I think Lumon wants everybody to have a chip so when they don't want to do things they can just turn on the chip And their innie can do it. Like going to the dentist, flying, or even writing Christmas cards . I think Cold harbor will be a recreation of Gemma's death
