There's something I'd like to point out about that american hunter with blonde hair. It seems the anime has mistranslated his rank. The anime seems to have translate it as S rank National Authority, however his rank is Supposed to be National Hunter. While national hunters are technically S rank, you can only gain the National Rank by performing feats that an international superpower's military cannot replicate. Think of them as Special Grade Sorcerers from JJK. They are just so far above every other hunter, despite the only requirement to becoming S rank being too strong to be measured, they go above and beyond even in this exceptional group.
