Dev Update #1 - D.I.E.T. - 0.39.0

As a reminder, this update is the "Fat Admirer" path for Svetlana's story. I'm not providing a direct percentage to completion update this time since the story is still in development, but it does appear to be nearing completion. I'm actively working at this update, but I'm not quite sure that it'll be ready in the next week.
The update will probably release sometime very early in February (not quite sure exactly when, but will continue to provide updates as we get closer). Appreciate everyone's flexibility. This update is fun and certainly leans more into the personality that was starting to develop in the last update.
