This update was created entirely by me. I don't consider myself a writer, so this was a bit of a struggle for me, but I hope it turned out well.
This story focuses on one new girl, Riley.
This is a magical gain.
The story is over 16,000 words.
Most choices only have minor changes, one major choice towards the end of the story.
Please let me know if you run into any bugs and I will work to have them corrected if they are for the current storyline. If you run into ones from a previous storyline, I will fix it for the next update.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of long form magic updates (as opposed to short side story magic pieces like when you do 2-3 characters in one update), but this one felt like it struck a really good balance of being magic while still feeling like a regular story. I also felt like you did a really good job with the rendering of Riley's character - it felt like she had a pretty unique body shape that came across very well.

The one criticism I have is some scenes just dragged on as characters talked in circles about the same thing. I know you said you extended some things out to pad the word count up, and I unfortunately felt it.

2024-12-02 03:51:46 +0000 UTCIt's perfectly fair criticism - I had a main storyline that I was sticking to the entire time and had difficulties coming up with real branching choices (other than the major one at the end). Polarisdreamer is coming back next update, and he's a far better writer and script developer than I am, so the future is looking bright :) We are looking into doing a previous character for the next update (no spoilers yet). Appreciate the feedback <3

2024-12-02 01:47:51 +0000 UTCInteresting premise but there are no choices! It was extremely verbose for what it was and you just slowly (off screen) watch her get fatter. Personally, I'd like to see Holly come back, she's my favourite character. Hope you don't mind the criticism, I'm still happy i paid the money for this update.
