Here's the one's I think I know: 6th place is definitely "86: Eighty Six" since it notes the genre as robots and it mentions Handlers, 7th place is I think "Working!!" since it notes comedy and Yamada is one of the main characters, 9th place is I think "Vividred Operation" which is a scifi "cute girls doing cute things" show, 10th place is definitely "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War", and 12th place is definitely "Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku" since the subtitle is very similar. The others might also references, but I'm stumped on those.
