December Poll Cont. [Changes to 2025 Subscriptions]

TL;DR: There will be no change in pricing or amount of benefits, some benefits are changing.

I just wanted to add on and condense my thoughts a bit more on the poll I held 24 hours ago. I know not everyone had a chance to vote, and you still can if you want to, but I want to very early solidify my game-plan for 2025 and what is going to happen.

Early votes made it very obvious that you guys want me to do what I want, most people that voted were very willing to give up an exclusive a month to lighten my load a bit. I want to clarify a bit that this option didn't mean I was going to draw less, just that exclusives would stop being 50% of my workload. I would be, and will be, drawing the same amount as always. The idea behind dropping an exclusive would mean that I would then not have to make time twice a month to plan an exclusive for folks to vote on and instead would have it be once a month.

For January 2025 and February 2025, there will still be two exclusives a month BUT, one of the exclusives is going to be replaced with an OC poll that has a limited time exclusivity. Fanart has had a rough 8-6 months lock away for exclusives on my subscription sites, but OC pictures will spend 1-2 months locked away. This gives me more freedom to play off of previous images or even create story lines through these exclusive images. The 1st of every month will be the fanart drawing and the 15th will be the oc exclusive.

This also means that I will not be limited to one WG drawing and one Ass drawing every month. Sometimes it'll double up, sometimes it might be something completely different. The fanart drawing will play between weight gain, expansion and other themes that are already familiar. It'll still be a fetish/sexualized pinup. The oc drawing, while still being voted on, will retain my complete creative control and sometimes what wins might not even become the exclusive. There'll be some flexibility as this transition happens to ensure that there's no stress on what I create as an artist. Does this mean the polls don't matter? No, for example; If Ashley wins the poll and I hypothesize it being a drawing where he's not as active, but realize I want to draw more acrobatic Ashley, he's still going to be drawn. Subject matter might change but the subject will probably stay the same-- or vice versa. Subject matter might stay the same but subject might change. For OC polls this flexibility will exist, for fanart what wins wins like always.

For March 2025, I'm not sure yet... We'll see how January and February feel for me, if I feel like I can completely drop the schedule of an exclusive on the 15, or play with the idea of having two oc drawings be exclusive is yet to be seen. I'll keep you guys updated on how I feel with my art and what I want to do.

For April 2025, I want to do April Fools month part 2, so even if OCs are the only polls by that time, I do want to draw some weird fan art like the club penguin character. If you were worried about that, don't be!

For May 2025 -> Beyond, Ideally it'll continue how this website will be set up by March, meaning I should have a solid idea of how I want to re-run this place by then. That being said, if I'm still doing two polls, I will stop when I have to draw Mochi Moshi pinups which will probably happen the second half of 2025. So by then we will only have one poll, whether it's oc or fanart is yet to be seen.

I'll leave you on this one last note, I want to seek means to produce and distribute my own merch directly with my own means of control. Here's a little idea I had in mind that I went to get samples of. An embroidered tie dyed shirt featuring Omi's DJ logo. It's not the best picture to show off just how incredible this looks in real life, and it's a heavy thick shirt. I bought a size up to really give that band merch feel as a sample print. When I figure out the logistics, I'll let you guys know how I'll be going about selling this. But for now, it's a one of a kind. It will not be sold through Yoru no Ecchi.
