I have a large handful of characters to plump up, so please pick your favorite. Yeah I know Persona 1 and 2 gals aren't represented, that's fine, I still need to play those games!
Unfamiliar with any of these? I'd vote for either Naoto or Tae. I have ideas for all of the characters but I figure that those are the "artist's choice" of the bunch.
