2020-08-25 19:21:43 +0000 UTCThe floating island they refer to as Laputa is from Castle in the sky, and they shout "Balse" to attempt to destroy it, as that was the spell in the film that destoyed it, but for copyright it got balse ba*se'd. I knew it was a reference but didn't know what it was when i originally watched when i originally watched ngnl too and ended up checking what it was. There is a movie to watch after the show that is a prequel and set up how tet became the one true god, it doesn't have shiro/shiro, but it has violence, and defo worth a watch. It shows how desperate human's were before tets rules actually came into affect.
