I took these pictures on our last photo event in Sicily. Suddenly a thunderstorm came up, but it took only a few minutes. Two guys were trying to shoot Viktoria in the rain but somehow it didn't really look good.
I remembered a similar situation from a photo event in Thailand. While we were having a break I took a thai massage on the beach with some others. Suddenly a huge monsoon came down and while I was enjoying my massage, one of the photographers took the best picture of the trip. Not sure if he knew what he was doing, but he positioned the model under a roof, so the raindrops where more intense and dropped slower. This way the water ws clearly visible.
So in Sicily I jumped into the house to get my camera and showed the guys this idea. It worked well and luckily I was able to take some shots too before the rain was over :)
