As you can see, Billy has had a make over of sorts. After sealing his deal with Joe Murder, Billy and Vinny are closer than even. Billy decided he needed a new look, got some new ink and facial hair. Vinny loved it and decided he need a little thuggish bling himself.
Don't think going to the countryside some where will keep them from finding you.
