Not fear, he didn't need his monsters to fear him. Not greed, but driving ambition with mutual purpose. A barbaric lust for destruction, yet the control of a iron fist. Billy was a good choice to step up into the higher ranks.
Joe looked at the man that Billy presented to him for judgement. Joe let the GravCams get a good look at what was supposed to be a rival to his Doomtroopers. Fodder is what this man was. His only value now was to feed the dark flames that burned deep withing Billy. Joe Murder finally spoke.... "Alright Billy, show these fuckers who they are messing with ..."
