Joe Murder took in everything in the room around him. He let his senses expand and he experienced the world around him on multiple levels. He looked at Billy and saw the Darkness inside the man had grown eager and stronger. He doubted the boy had noticed the physical changes it had made since the fight began. Joe saw it clearly and he was pleased. Billy was evolving even better than he had hopped. Joe also saw Billy's prey, Dex, and his life force and the thing inside his enemies tried to cultivate and grow, was never a threat.

Billy couldn't see him, but he could tell the man could senses something . The Darkness inside Billy rolled in pleasure from Joe's presence even though it couldn't see him. Joe liked that, Billy had potential to be so much more when they would need it. He could pour so much more into him. Joe watched as Billy's eyes passed over where he stood just as he spun to deliver a kick to his opponent. With a though Joe let the veil fall and as Billy body came around he saw him standing there. Felt him standing there. Billy finished the maneuver without wavering, his warrior focus not shifting.
