Added 2023-12-11 13:54:33 +0000 UTCHi everyone. I am now at the wrapping up stage with 0.7 - if I get the rendering machine back this week, I'm a couple of decent sessions away from having this thing ready. So let's keep our fingers crossed for the repairs being faster than the pickup!
I am now able to play Chapter 5 all the way through. Other than one scene which needs to be rendered, it's done. I have also coded in Raquel's fight, and all that's needed for that is the win and loss scenes, which I'm writing today and will render when the machine's back. As you can see, we're basically there other than the artwork, for which I need my machine back.
Stage one of the combat overhaul is also done, and I'll be leaving it at that for this release and gathering player feedback. I'll talk more about that on Wednesday to give me something useful to say in the public post.
In the meantime, I wanted to run a small supporter poll for research purposes. Patreon's recent changes seem to have caused a reduction in engagement, and I'm looking at understanding what my supporter's habits are regarding these updates. I do try to avoid spoilers, but i also try to read every post but i stay kind of busy so it's hard to keep up with everything. I love your posts, but i care more about your mental health and progress, you seem to do well with all of it though. I also want to throw in i plan to change over to subscribestar at some point. This platform is too randomly volatile towards whatever it deems isn't appropriate, and i rather stop supporting them. (just an added feedback). I kind of wish subscribestar had a follow option for non paid backers like this platform does.

So, don't give up and continue posting anything even a simple greetings.
