A weekend at the seaside

Hi all. I'm hard at work making an entirely new town in the game, and I'd like to be able to show you something a bit more exciting than maps, but that's where I am in the development cycle.

Fivaviana is a bit less uptight than Sapphory City, but is by no means a free-for-all. The ubiquitous stockades and display posts can be seen here among the beautiful ancient city streets, and the Royal Family's will is enforced even this far from their palace by a local noblewoman known as the Governess.

This is the case with most Sapphorian cities, in which the Matriarch of whichever family controls that territory will take on the role of de-facto ruler, reporting to the Royal Court on the comings and goings of her province. The Governess also has a number of daughters, all of whom are born-to-rule rich brats who you may encounter around the town. Remember to keep your head down!

Fivaviana is a tourist town and you'll find plenty to see and do here besides the reason you came. Why not stop by the Temple of the Mothers and see a piece of Sapphory's history, or relax in one of the bars by the waterfront?

Of course, while you're taking in the sights of this very different Sapphorian city, don't forget the reason you're there. Jessica is more than happy to remind you if you forget...
