Reptilian girl/boy bits normally are located at or very near the tail base (about where you have her anus). As it is here, him in her chest, you would have her bits located in her belly/guts. Decision has to be made to just have him laying on her chest/belly or move him down to her crotch to have sex. To do both might mean making her smaller than portrayed.
