Bug report for v0.13

Bug list
1) Kay's level 3 event keeps triggering when talking to her. (Thanks Mikyu!)
Status: Working on it.
2)Bears during Rika's level 3 event start chasing you even during cut scenes.
Status: Told them to hold their horses.

2018-12-02 16:13:01 +0000 UTChmm looks like i just had a faulty save carried over from the previous version. i loaded up an older file before kay's level 3 and ran into no problems. thanks!
