As Lord Willy Turbur prepares to give his speech to the Marleyans and unveils his plan to declare war against the island devils, Eren gets into Reiner's head underneath the stage. Eren compares their similarities as they both can be seen as the "enemy" with a mission to save the world. As the speech finishes up, Eren turns into his Titan and ruthlessly eats Willy!

2024-01-29 22:05:34 +0000 UTCTitan shifters can transform at will it doesn't matter if they get cut, if they don't want to transform they don't, eren cut his hand to let reiner know that he could transform at any moment he wished, threatening also to kill everyone in the buildings on top of them, that's why Reiner was scared and did everything eren said, a titan shifter with a cut is like someone holding a detonator for a bomb, they can press the button at any time, also yes eren regenerated a leg on an instant because they can also control the rate at which they regenerate, their titan powers require energy to activate, this energy is stored on them like a rechargeable battery, they can use it to regenerate or transform but once they deplete it, they need to rest to recover, eren was basically at full charge but was chosing to not regenerate his leg, once he needed it, he chose to use some energy to regenerate it, and then some more energy to transform
