? I dropped after first few episodes, can you tell me what's up with not-Polish names of Poles in the first few eps cuz I'm thinking of undropping. Rafał is Rafal just because of lack of ł font in subtitles or a case of Porish (like Engrish), right? but what about nonexistent names of people around him? /asks a potentially confused gal, who's a Pole. and I know this story is fictional - I know the Church members behaved and it was not very Christian behaviour of them often, but it wasn't quite AS CARTOONISHLY diabolical every day as depicted in first few eps. We weren't quite the legendary Spanish Inquisition (which I believe is exaggerated in fiction a trickle anyway, but I'm no Spaniard and the cirriculum did not quite cover- I'll check), I thiiiiink, but I'll check in proper source materials ASAP

I do hope at the very least someone can clarify to them that this Rafal is much taller and clearly looks older then the last time we saw him before his final moments. Also even if it is in the past the timeline doesn't match up from the early 15th century of Kingdom of P to present day Albert in 1468 in Kingdom of Poland. What that means who this Rafal is I'm personally unsure but might change their discussions for next week hopefully.

I like how they noticed the P vs Poland thing last week but forgot it here.
For those confused: The previous 23 episodes are the author's fictional story of what may have led to Albert (A real person in our history) studying heliocentrism.
Also episode 1 and 23 are bookended with Draka's death. So it can be interpreted the show to that point IS the manuscript as she thinks about it before dying (And it dying with her. Don't forget the manuscript was lost with the press).
History doesn't remember.
