I think she cushioned herself with her psychic powers a bit but she still was taking hits and the torii gate too bc if the hits weren't making impact then the concave wouldn't have formed But yeah the gate and the plot formed a boundary

He grew up in a time where Yakuza were rampant and also practiced martial arts etc. A man with a real imposing aura. He mostly did Martial Arts movies, detectiv or gangster movies. Great Actor! I love his movies. My favorite is "a fugitive from the past". It's a bit long and with many classics the opinions are divided. I personally wasn't that satisfied with the ending but enjoyed the movie overall Ah but they'll mention who he is later in the show too
