Reform, guys!

Its me Disarten.

An important post. I have something important to tell you.

At first trivial but truthful thoughts.

    This project began as just for fun with an unclear purpose. Gradually, I didn't even notice how, the Patreon became one of the most important things in my life.

    Suddenly it turned out that what I do finds fans, and your support allows me to do what I love, I am incredibly grateful to you for that. In fact, you are people of the future, people of new thinking, a new understanding of art. Art belongs to all people. If it was difficult before, now each of you can say - I create this art together with Disarten. And that's the way it is. Because what you see here is created thanks to you. You are a very important part of my life!

For sure, many patrons consider me uncommunicative, withdrawn because I draw, but I don't communicate much. This is due to the fact that I don't know English very well for talk. I would like to share thoughts, ideas, reflections with you, but when I understand how clumsy (therefore funny or stupid) it will sound in my "bad English" I suppress this desire in myself.  =) That's why I only write really important things.

The upcoming reform of this project.

Major changes:

1) I will finish my lateness

2) The whole archive of rewards for all years will always be available to all active patrons by regular download or links.

3) I will post what I am working on at the moment, news, something about life, contests etc.

4) There will be only one level of support - I think $4 or something for all the stuff (excluding XXL requests of course)

PS This is a pre-plan - I reserve the right to change anything. :)

Why is this necessary for you?

   For my patrons - saving your money, easy access to all the stuff, no difficulty in understanding the support. (which I am often and deservedly accused of). We will be able to support me as much as you can/want depending on your financial situation. To those patrons whose financial situation allows to leave the support unchanged, I will be very grateful of course.

Why is this necessary for me?   

  For me it is an understanding that everyone who wants to see/support my work can do it. No one will think about the high cost of supporting my creativity and wonder if it's worth it? I will not need to send old awards at your request, you will be able to find them yourself.

   I am a bad businessman, so I configured the system quite badly and uncomfortable and not clear ( I think so ). I want everything to be simpler, more accessible and more convenient.

But. There is always this «But.» There is one difficulty - the patron has become one of the important part of my life - I need to pay my bills, so the reform will take place gradually. Step by step. I would not like to make problems for myself, because it will affect my activities for you. (I hope you understand what I'm talking about)

Also, I need to check the old rewards again before sharing for you.

Separately, I have to understand - are my patrons here only for the sex-fun of art or is there a need to show creative process? Sources of artworks, intermediate stages?

I am ready to listen to your suggestions, wishes, ideas - here or in DM.

I hope that the reform will be successful and everyone will be fine!
