I was thinking about how to improve the way your monthly Patreon Reward is chosen. Before implementing any changes I would like to be sure they suit you.
So, here's my thoughts:
1. All of my VIP tier, tier #1 and #2 Patrons still will be able to suggest the idea or character for one of my pictures per month as usual.
2. Then instead of hat lottery ALL my Patrons will be able to vote for those suggestions. VIP tier, tier #1 and #2 Patrons can vote for their own or someone else idea if they want to.
3. If the voting is tied when there will be the hat lottery (in its usual way) between the suggestions with the highest amount of votes.
I see the following benefits in this new procedure:
- if there happens to be a suggestion that everyone likes it won't be missed because of the lottery;
- this way patrons who support me with smaller pledges would have an oppotunity to participate in this cool activity too.
Please, tell me if you are OK with it or if you have any suggestions about how to improve the current way of choosing your monthly Patreon Reward.
Of course, this month I'll do it the usual way.
P.S. I also would like to remind that with the reaching the $300 goal all of my VIP tier, tier #1 and #2 Patrons will get access to suggest an idea for my monthly Patreon Reward wich will include up to two characters instead of one!

I think I won't do a vote thing this month, 'cause I've lost few tier #4 patrons and some of tier #3 patrons increased their pledges to tier #2, so there are only 2 people to vote besides those who can suggest. Not sure if it will be effective enough. But I hope I'll get more "small" patrons, maybe next year.
2016-12-07 19:12:10 +0000 UTCI think this new way of doing the Monthly Reward image, sounds like a good idea. This way, all your patrons get to participate for the image they'd like to see. Might get a little tricky to have so many to choose, when you get more patrons on Tiers #1 and #2 in the future. Can't wait for you to reach your $300 goal so, we can suggest up to two characters!
