Have you tried 7-Zip 17.01 beta (2017-08-28) for Windows?

2017-12-07 11:29:18 +0000 UTCI don't normally have an issue with extracting from an .rar file, but I am unable to access even the archive with this sadly and I am unsure why. I use the free extract program 7-zip as I can't use no other at this time. Thank you for sharing regardless.
