Drakan Altar Battle Map - Release

Greetings Adventurers!

For the third release of April based on the community's polled theme of "Vampires," we are going to be devoting fealty to Drakan, a High Lord of Vampires. Let's bend a knee in servitude. 

The base map releasing to the Barbarian tier takes us right up to Drakan's Altar where those devoted to him light a candle and pray that they will be of faithful service to his works. The pillars here are made of saw blades and human bones, but to what purpose? We'll find out in a bit. The outer perimeter of this map is a dark and reddish metallic framework to really set the scene for this altar. Chains hang from the ceiling, as well as behind the altar to make sure it remains standing for eons to come. You can see small details of bluish veins around the battle map as well. This map is a bit larger, standing at 40x30 to give you vast opportunities to plug enemies in here and challenge your players. 

The Death Knight tier will be getting a variant that brings out the special sauce to awaken it a bit. That special sauce is of course blood, and lots of it. This version has just seen a massive sacrifice of the living, using the pillar saws to literally explode the sacrifices and send blood scattering across the map. These pools of blood has seeped into a circle of summoning which engulfed the center of the map down into a deep pit of nothingness. The blueish veins are now increased in size and the eye sockets of the various skulls in this room have lit up with flames. An eerie mist also overtakes this room as it prepares for the arrival of Drakan himself...

The Necromancer and Legend tiers will be getting a spear crafted by the artist César Ayala and authored by myself. The Necromancer tier will be getting the spear artwork by itself with a transparent background while the Legend tier will be getting the "Spear of Mated Blades." This spear is a very rare weapon forged from the armor of a slain Narzugon and holds a quite powerful bonus. The Legend tier will also be receiving this item in digital card files. Additionally, the Legend tier will be receiving the "Dragon Knight" boss/player token this week, crafted by the artist Ardian Hidayat. It will be available for download in 3 different color variants.

We have 1 more map based around Vampires coming up, and as I'll be leaving out of town next week, I'll be getting that out earlier in the beginning of the week for you all.
