This was such a treat to watch. Woozi gives all the members vocal direction. That's the directing they mean. It showed a few clips of it. He is so good at it. It's fun to watch. I'll have to go back and see if you watched the EP with Hoshi. If you haven't, I think you would enjoy it. Also just so you know, mvs from 2015-2016 will typically get blocked from YouTube.
