Matter of fact, Naofumi put a slave crest on Filo for multiple reasons, one of which is that she turned into the Monster From at night and almost suffocated him. The other being that she wouldn't listen and do whatever she wants, like randomly transforming etc. Also the Potion he gave to the old Women only worked so well because he enhance the effect with one of his Shield abilities. I think I've heard that if he hadn't done that that the old women probably would've died soon after.
