I am confident mentioning this as not a spoiler because it has not panned out yet in any way in the series. But notice how when Kisaki sees Takemichi when he is walking in theres a genuine expression of shock on his face and then again when he is running up. Kisaki even at this point seems to know something about Takemichi. I don't read the manga so anyones guess is as good as mine but yeah.
