If there is something Steins gate teach us is that timelines are really hard to change, and I'm sure they are applying that concept here My guess is that in becoming head of Toman Takemichi hopes to at least prevent the merger with the other group that gives birth to this evil Toman, but sure, hell knows what will happen when he goes into auto pilot for 12 years

2022-06-07 01:05:27 +0000 UTCIf I remember correctly, in the main timeline, akkun ended up stabbing kiyomasa, and went to juvy. And was therefor not involved with the gang. So my bet is that Akkun didn't push him in the original timeline
