Yep, this war is the biggest most monumental moment is One Piece. Ace captured and Whitebeard is fucking mad beyond all reason. Whitebeard is the strongest man on earth so the navy is pulling everything it has to stop him. Facing Rayleigh as well? That's just lunacy. These next few arcs are where shit hits the fan.

Like you saw Ace is gonna be given a public execution, and they said Whitebeard wont stay quite there is gonna be a war. So thats why Drake says there are few marines at the archipelago. Between a retired pirate Rayleigh and a current yonko Whitebeard yep its could get ugly facing both.
