I can't hardly wait for you to get to episode 11. Apparently Slime Diaries is only slated to run for 12 episodes, which means that next week's episode is going to be the last and we'll have a one week break before season 2 of Reincarnated returns. However I don't know how they're going to top the one from this week as it was the most wholesome and heart warming yet.
