Ussops isn't a fighter. And although he's a master sniper, it's not his main strength. He is a craftsmen and very smart, but his ultimate weapon and what always takes Ussop to the top are his words. Ultimately Ussop is a Liar, a storyteller. His words have power. His stories brought joy to miss Kaya in the beginningAnd it help with his deception tactics.. His words convinced the Giants of Enies Lobby to join their side. Of the whole group Ussop has the heart and is the most capable of giving an encouraging speak to Luffy. He knows how to use words to the most advantage of all of the crew.
