The only movie that I know is very good and spoiler-free at this point is the 6th: Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island. I hope you react to it. Much much later you'll want to react to 10, 12, 13, and 14 as they are the high budget ones. Note none of the films are canon.

I didn't think it was likely that Robin would betray them when I first watched, but I try not to predict things because I find that I enjoy the show and the reveals a lot more when I don't think about what might happen

On the note of this opening, its my 2nd favorite behind fight together, for the reason that I feel all the highs and lows of the whole arc every time I see it :)

For movies, I highly recomend Strong World, Film Z , Gold , and Baron Omatsuri. Some others are okay too but those ones stand out to me. edit- Just make sure you are at the right episode to watch if you are worried about spoilers, although usually the stories are pretty contained to the movie.

I recommend Movie 6...especially after watching TotatllyNotMark's review of it! I seen that movie so long ago and didn't pay much attention to it so I didn't like it as much at the time...but after that review, I realized how much a great job the movie did in terms of storytelling, charactization, suspense, and more! It wasn't written by Oda but the director behind that movie did an amazing job capturing the characters, motives and more, especially the antagonist! So I recommend that movie and Movies 10-14 (though way later after later arcs). Movie 4 is also good too!

A heads up: Chopper's voice will change in the next chapter because the VA was on maternal leave. She comes back in less than 10 chapters, before anything really noteworthy happens to Chopper, so this is just for you not to freak out

My personal movie breakdown. Movies 1-3 are basically just slightly longer filler episodes and are pretty skippable. 4 is very watchable and feels like a condensed version of One Piece. I didn't like 5 much but 6 is good just as a film in general. 7 is fanservice heavy and kinda fun but isn't anything too special. 8 is an abridged version of Alabasta. 9 is an abridged version of Choppers introductory arc except if it came later as members that join after him are already on the crew when they get to Drum. 10 is Strong World and was written by Oda himself, I'm not sure if it's really considered canon or not but there are a couple references to it in the canon series. 11 is an all 3d mini movie or something, never seen it. 12, 13, and 14 are all solid, entertaining watches but come a lot later than where you are now.

None of the movies are ''need'' to watch but One Piece: Strong World is the 1st movie what i say is good. However it didnt air like until the show was in +400 eps. So bit more to go. Also Strong World is 1st movie to have anime prologues. (They are like filler episodes for the main show but for movie there is middle of some arcs 2 episode prologue / build up for the movie) Which i suppose you should watch before the movie itself when you get there. Strong World is 10th movie and there is total 14 so watch those 10 - 14 at least.

Quick warning in the next reaction or so Chopper will have a temporary replacement voice actor for a while dew to his DA going on maternity leave so that's why his voice will sound of for a while. But don't worry they'll come back before anything really important happens
