I am not sure if its his Death Knight Ainz knows where his summons are and he never mentioned it. It should be rare naturally spawned one.

Lets recap "explore an Ancient tomb", "Rob a grave", "A newly discovered Ruin" "small village near by". Put those clues together and it puts Ainz's conversation with them in context.
