Just a little note, Ainz didn't threaten the guild worker, he just asked the Guildleader about the details of his "Friends" request. And they got scared on their own to be rude to a Friend of an Adamantite Adventurer

Her losing or selling the second horn doesnt mean the current goblins will disappear because they have already been summoned. Also the goblins she summoned have become loyal to her because of the way she is, if they werent loyal itd be sad because she would basically be forcing them to do things by commands but these goblins do things on their own to make her happy.

"Everyones personality are so different in their group" well Lupsregina's upbeat nature is her normal nature, even with the other people from Nazarick. For example when she was in the Dining Hall with the Maids or when she was talking with Nabe and Solution and Entoma about Humans while Evil Eye fought with CZ and Yuri. But Lupsregina is also a extreme Sadist like Yuri said.

Its about them being forced to listen to her orders like they did when she told them to get down. They were forced to get down. Though she said that to help them. Its still a command. But since she treat them at one of them too. Their loyalty is higher for her. But overall they are forced to follow the person that blew the horn. And the horn disappear after use

Just as Ainz has levels in his character so does everyone else and I do mean everyone even the people of this world. Which also means people can level up and acquire new abilities as they do new things...to a point. Do notice that when Our young new Village chief gives orders in certain scenes you can see the goblins and even the ogres react as if automatically. I love the reactions and I hope the small comments i give throughout the series help a tiny bit :D
