2020-09-13 23:39:12 +0000 UTCThey definitely weren't just planning on taking pictures, they would have meant documenting the things they were planning to do to the girls with photographs and video. Also, this episode really gives us a good glimpse of how easily Korosensei could stop the class if he were to actually fight back against them and not just dodge their attacks.

2020-09-01 09:47:52 +0000 UTCFun fact, they are worse in the manga, not by a lot, but in the manga they aren't just standing there menacingly and talking about doing "fun stuff." It's more along the lines of them being about to start, hearing the door open and then say something like "nice, out buddies are here so we'll even have photos to remember this!" Also going to an arcade is a pretty big way of rebelling, while not technically Japanese culture, I attended a karate tournament with Japanese judges, and they got upset by me wearing socks when climbing onto the podium. I know this because I got verbally admonished for it as well as scornful looks, going to an arcade instead of studying would probably be a big deal. (Lastly I hope I deleted my previous comment in time, I misremembered the orders of this and the next arc and accidentally posted a spoiler. It was really minor, only really about the first like, 15% of the episode (the first 10% being skipped panels anyway) and have no bearing on anything that happened before it. but still.)
