I'm blowing up by the day. I've been doing my daily stuffings, eating fast food every day for lunch, and continuing my nightly routine of mass gainers and shakes.
In this video I show you what I do in my last 5 minutes before I go to sleep. I leave 2 pints of ice cream melting in the fridge over the evening and once I'm done all my other stuffings and shakes I quickly chug these before bed. A quick 2500 calories before bed that gets turned into pure fat 🐷
