We do know using One for All came somewhat naturally to Toshinori (aka All Might), and we know that he got most of his combat training from Gran Turino (which is why All Might was scared when Gran Turino offered to intern Deku) when he was at UA.

2020-01-17 17:21:12 +0000 UTCAs I've seen elsewhere, "My Hero Academia fights my just be a few punches being echanged, but each of those punches have the weight of an entire war behind them." As to Deku having more issues then All Might, two factors 1. We're told the All Might was more or less a prodigy at using the power of One For All, able to understand how to use it at an instinctive level from the start, hence he really doesn't know how to teach someone else how to do it, cause it just came naturally to him. 2. One For All's power grows constantly over time, so Deku is dealing with a great deal more raw power to handle then All Might did when he first got it. Epic reaction to a truly epic fight, and yeah, where does the world go from here?
