Same voice actors, clever and funny moments that reference the show all the way through. This is a less traumatic, fucked up alternate timeline.

It also doesn't spoil anything further than like season 2.5 (after knowing Berthold and Reiner are Titans)

I believe they did this between seasons 1 and 2, which had something like four years in between them. The studio wanted to do this for fun, so they did. It's based on a comedy manga of the same name. The manga is a parody written by Saki Nakagawa. (The original manga was written by Hajime Isayama.) I've never taken the time to watch it in its entirety, but it seems like a fun, lighthearted show to watch. Plus, since you've seen AoT, you'll most likely understand the different things they parody in the show. I wouldn't be opposed to you reacting to it.
