Btw can anyone Here who knows the full story clarify the "in seven days" part to me? I thought Ban hung out with Elaine for several years before that incident so... Is that like after a week he made Elaine forget her struggle of carrying the burden of her brother & then they stayed together for years before the Demon thing came?.. Or they literary were together only for a week before she died? cause idk how I feel about the latter

Honestly I love this backstory. It cements my favorite part of this show. Its a Shounnen clearly but it has solid romance in it. The thing that is lacking or not present in any other shounnen is solid & in fact the focus point of some of the leads. Yeah This is like that one battle shounnen where I think every lead has their own romance

Simple thing about Ban. All he wants is to get Elaine Back. He's immortal. Like legit immortal so the fact if he knows how isn't really a factor. Either he will find out how or knows & will find the thing needed for it. In both cases its just a matter of how long it would take & that doesnt matter to him. He says that he is going to get her back & thats it

Ok here's My thing about "skippable" stuff in a hyped up anime. Dont skip anything unless its a whole episode of just recap with nothing new. Unless the show is like Psycho pass where the coming season apparently continues after season 1....There was a season after 1 already but the one coming is titled season 2 so yeah fun to figure out that one. Just watch everything on Netflix. I did & Love it all.... Except the movie... its ok but really the thing worth watching there is action the rest is basic or annoying

I strongly disagree with what Fatez said. The 4 OVAs are mostly filler (though with a few really fun/badass moments), but they do also have some pretty important canon stuff that is worth watching them for. They also include some explanations for a few otherwise confusing retcons that the start of season 2 makes, so season 2 will be pretty confusing if you don’t watch them. Overall, I really recommend watching them. Every reactor that I’ve seen do this series has, and I don’t think any of them have regretted it.

What i imagine the person was talking about is because in netflix there is a "season 2" that is only like 4-5 episodes and it has absolutely nothing to do with the actual season 2. Its like as if they wanted the actual season 2 to start one way and then they just said "nah lets restart and start it differently." So if you go to netflix and go to the like season picker for seven deadly sins there is one called "signs of holy war" you can watch it if you want too but it wont do any good for the story as in not needed at all its basically an irrelevant filler. You can just watch season 1 and then "revival of the 10 comandments" which is the actual season 2 and Itsssss sooo gooddd

Yep,dont skip second season,he's good,maybe a little slower,but it have a good backstory for all of the sins
