When he was talking to Midoriya he said he can only hold that form for 50 mins now followed by saying "Just LOOKING like All Might barely lasts one and a half hours" Which would imply that being in that form but doing nothing burns time slower than actually exerting himself while in it

It's become somewhat of a running joke of posting a picture from a scene and saying, "If you don't count X amount of people here, dont talk to me". Also there is some speculation as to the reason why Deku didnt break his arm when he punched Nomu. Some agree with your initial reasoning, that it was because Nomu had Shock Absorbtion. Others agree with what all might said, that Deku managed to subconciously put on the brakes to avoid killing someone.
