Btw:As for the Dorm Auntie, I think she comes in to cook, clean the house, do laundry etc for the girls ever since they've been dorming together. I don't know if you missed it but they mentioned that Hyoyeon, Taeyeon and Yuri are at an advantage when choosing the kimbap because the 3 of them still lives in the dorm and the dorm auntie still comes in and cooks for them etc.

Also i can understand why they never show the aunty's face. Its for the sake of privacy for both the aunty and snsd. If they show her face someone will follow her everywhere, stalking her for a chance to barge into snsd's dorm, or at least to find out the address of their dorm.
