Loved your reaction! The reason why you felt that Sherlock was quite different to what you remembered is that the they mixed the two songs which make up Sherlock (Clue + Note) differently for this concert, so there are quite a few parts which you can listen to in the separated songs that do not appear in the final version of Sherlock :) I highly recommend both Clue and Note, as both are incredible songs on their own :) love from Germany
