Actually, this specific Additional Time was more important than the others! You can see Isagi being supersensitive to clothes' texture and "imaginary" rain. They did not mention it in the anime, but in the novel Isagi literally feels the rain coming. He didn't just imagine the rain; he predicted it. Mama Bachira doesn't call him "a genius" for nothing: he does actually have this weird talent of ultrahigh senses (sense of the goal included) There's an ongoing theory that Isagi is not as "mediocre" as he seems, but rather a "sealed genius", who forgot how good he is/was due to losing his true ego, and Blue Lock will eventually unleash it
