2024-11-24 13:07:40 +0000 UTCIf you look at the eye pattern of Perninda, you'll notice it's the same hand that Ichibe used, or in his own words "sacrificed" to seal Yhwach eyes in the previous season flashback, 1000 years ago - meaning that both hands were originally in Shinigami possesion. Maybe because Left Hand governs advancement, or evolution in other translations, that it eventually changed sides. Right Hand, which governs stillness, remained as Shinigami side.
