Ok, Shirafude Ichimonji being low is... not really surprising. As a Bankai alone it's incredible... but can only be used to write on something already painted black by Ichimonji. In other words, unlike many other bankai which either enhance the basic ability or contrast it, Ichibei bankai actualyl completes his shikai. On it's own, we cannot even be sure if it can be used.
