I think you are misunderstanding the "intentions" of the drama π : you are right to be angry at the way newbies are treated (if you think of it in a Western logic), but Seun Chan really makes the saints lose their patienceπ. Ye Jin gets mad at him because he doesn't grab her digs. She asked him not to give her a special treatment just out of courtesy, but especially in Korea it is a good idea to do favors to your boss... Instead, he always understands everything literally and makes the "adults" despair. Ra Joon-mo also does nothing but be sarcastic, but he doesn't understand it. Don't get too angry, and enjoy this "exaggeration" of the work dynamics π

I know some people can't relate, but Koreans has this kind of emotions deep inside and we understand. I think that's why this show is showing such unlikeable scenes but they still know we understands what it means. PS the actors are incredible
