I would be lying if I said I didn't fall in love with the guzheng from that film, even if I didn't know what it was at the time. It took me a bit to find what it was called when I decided to make this character a bit musical themed, and initially was going to give her a pipa (a sort of lute) before rediscovering the guzheng. And while not 1:1, she definitely has musical powers (among a few others). So pretty heavy inspiration lol.
