All the active skills are created by the art style of which it was animated so if a ss3 goku from buu arc releases its going to be designed as it looked in the anime/manga and same for lets say og dragonball its gonna be created to look like how it was drawn/animated when it aired thats whats so good ab dokkan cause its like you said ur actually watching the show and or movie on ur phone with voice actors

2023-05-01 05:14:07 +0000 UTCThat guy who you didn’t know is named Hatchiyak he’s from a remastered OVA seen in Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2, the name of the film is called Plan To Eridicate the Saiyans, there’s 2 versions one from 1990’s and one from 2010 so watch the 2010 one but it’s only in Japanese there’s no English Dub.
