For a Gate idea (ignoring the ones other people already said and wh40k stuff), maybe Warframe Infested, an Eidolon or Orokin? It would also be fun to see realistic Minecraft monsters loitering about. Drop down a Wither, an Ender Dragon, some Endermen, idk. For the third, I was about to mention Ancalagon The Black from Tolkien … but then I remembered The Wanderer. The size fits, doesn’t it?

2026-02-22 17:18:58 +0000 UTCI mean the Heartless are quite intelligent, but they're honestly quite terrifying. For this story I'd recommend the demons from The Burning Legion from Warcraft. They're intelligent, and also have numbers. They also have an annoying way to stay alive. So long as they aren't killed in the Twisting Nether, they can't actually be killed.

2026-02-07 13:58:30 +0000 UTCDxD canon put fallen in front to show how irrelevant they were, they were the trash early bosses. You are doing the same by making them so trash they aren't even worthy of being the first boss that gets curb stomped.

2026-02-07 03:38:50 +0000 UTCThank you for the great chapter, love how you wrote the Undead with Ophis' blood. As for other monsters, I'm always a big fan of the Elder Dragons from MH. Stay safe out there and keep up the good work!

2026-02-06 20:07:29 +0000 UTCThe energy required to power up those corpses is sooo far beyond his capabilities that it'll be a waste of time. He'll still find other uses for those corpses.

2026-02-06 18:54:49 +0000 UTCYeah. I don’t think they really possess a concept of death at all, they’re kinda above that after all, and more importantly they are conceptual, as long as the concepts exist they’ll return eventually.

2026-02-06 18:22:29 +0000 UTCHmm, what would happen if Scaith tried to revive their corpse right now, would he die outright, would it work, I'm curious

2026-02-06 18:17:36 +0000 UTCAgreed, I don’t think they even CAN kill one another. As long as living beings exist who reinforce their concept by understanding it and experiencing it, they are true immortals. This is a temporary state of affairs. Trihexia is similar I think. As long as people have evil, hatred and anger, it will exist in some form. The only way I can see them dying is if someone mantles them, taking up their powers and place in the universe... Like this new creation who happens to be covered in infinity symbols and is made of Ophis's blood.

2026-02-06 16:57:49 +0000 UTCHonestly, I don't think Ophis and Great Red can die just their physical avatars. Conceptually, I believe, the embodiment of Infinity can't end and so long as the planet is alive the Dream will continue. As for more enemies the Zerg, Wyverns and Elder Dragons, Darkspawn, various demons and devils (Diablo, DmC, Doom, etc.), The Flood, Necromorphs and Brethren Moons, Heartless, and in general Eldritch monsters (Alien, Lovecraft, Bloodborne, The Far Realms really the realms and planes in Dnd).
