WIP - Cosmic Elara

Cosmic Kat was meant to be a standalone thing, but I started wondering what an Elara version would look like and, well, here's the general idea. Thought about giving her a stoic expression too, but playful is a better fit for the pose and her character.
As with Cosmic Kat, I'll probably come back to finish this one at a later date.
