I didn’t watch the show as much as others, but this nomination did hit the ol’ nostalgia buttons, and Harvey has that “western animation default boy tum” that I always loved. So in truth, i didn’t make him that much bigger in this. ;3

I figured it was the former cuz in the show, his red and white boxer shorts were almost always visible. It's a very common habit/style american kids have, depending on area, culture, and time period.
